ALN was formed in 1998 and became incorporated as a Limited Company April 2001. There is one Director: Mr Nigel Foreman. The Company Secretary is Angela Foreman. On formation we noticed a real lack of support for small businesses in the Nottinghamshire area. There were of course organisation around such as Business Link, Chamber of Commerce and Nottinghamshire Business Venture to name a few but these organisations could only point people in the right direction for our services.
We have built our reputation on quality of work, expedient turnaround of financial information and by having a good working relationship with all our clients. The team at ADN enjoys working alongside clienst, supporting them in their aim to obtain a prosperous business. We can also, when required, assist in goal setting.
Accounting records are kept on a monthly basis and year-end reporting is completed as soon as possible after year end – thus providing an up to date picture of your company’s financial position. Management reports can be produced along with lists of debtors and creditors on a monthly basis.
A range of administrative services are also available, including support in the area of Employment Policies and Procedures.
ADN is proud to be associated with Notts Networking Limited, and all its members, a local networking group which encourages businesses in and around Newark to Network and use each other’s goods and services.
Nigel Foreman maat:
Nigel is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and his main area of expertise is in the following: Computerised bookkeeping, financial statements, management accounts and Payroll. He has a successful record of chasing outstanding debts through the County Court.
He also offers support and advice to companies on staffing and HR legal obligations, from employee contracts and handbooks, to disciplinary issues and maternity leave.
Angela Foreman:
Angela has gained a number of Administrative qualifications, including a Diploma in Administrative Management. She has been part of a team to achieve ISO 9002 and IiP and is a trained ISO 9002 Internal Auditor. She is AAT Technician qualified and is part ACCA qualified. She has successfully chased Aged Debtors and is competent in making Small Claims at the County Court.
Angela has extensive knowledge of Grant Claiming and has a number of contacts in the region. She is able to complete application forms, grant claim forms and final claim forms and is competent in meeting the funder and discussing issues which may arise.
